Job Description: As the Lead AI Ethics Specialist at Lobox, you will play a crucial role in shaping the ethical framework and guidelines for our AI solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI technology is developed and implemented in an ethical and responsible manner, while also maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ethical guidelines for the development and use of AI technology at Lobox
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ethical considerations are integrated into the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions
• Conduct thorough ethical assessments of our AI technology, identifying potential biases and risks and providing recommendations for mitigation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI ethics, regulations, and best practices, and provide guidance to the team on how to incorporate them into our processes
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI ethics, providing training and support to team members and other stakeholders
• Educate clients and partners on our ethical approach to AI and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Represent Lobox at industry conferences and events to promote our ethical approach to AI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, ethics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to AI ethics, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications
• Excellent knowledge of ethical frameworks and regulations related to AI, such as the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Ethical Aligned Design Framework
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the ethical implications of complex AI systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and presentations on AI ethics is a plus
