Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our team and take charge of our predictive analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop predictive models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of analysts to develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and deliverables, and ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain predictive models using tools such as R, Python, and SQL
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in predictive analytics and implement new techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our models
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of predictive models into business processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful predictive analytics projects
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
• Extensive experience with coding languages such as R, Python, and SQL
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in the marketing or retail industry is a plus
