Salary: $228000 - $256000

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Federated Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Federated Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of federated learning strategies and solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement federated learning solutions that meet client needs and objectives
• Lead a team of federated learning experts and provide guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality federated learning models and algorithms
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in federated learning
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing technical expertise and support
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve the performance of federated learning models
• Develop and maintain documentation for federated learning processes, models, and algorithms
• Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in federated learning
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients and team members on federated learning concepts and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federated learning or related fields such as machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence
• Strong knowledge of federated learning concepts and techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering federated learning solutions
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team is preferred
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
