Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI algorithms and techniques to optimize our AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct research and experimentation to identify the most suitable AI techniques and algorithms for specific business problems.
Design, develop, and maintain AI models, algorithms, and systems to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that can be used to enhance AI models and algorithms.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training and optimization.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and implement optimization strategies to continuously improve their performance.
Stay updated with the latest AI research and advancements, and proactively incorporate them into our systems.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to their technical growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI development and optimization.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with big data processing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
