Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and implementation of our cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, as well as experience in software deployment and project management. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and implementation of AI solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and team members, to ensure project success
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our solutions
• Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to ensure proper use and understanding of our AI solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI deployment, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and procedures
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software deployment and project management, with at least 3 years in AI deployment
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale software deployment projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Prior experience in mentoring and coaching team members is preferred
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
