Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries, both internal and external
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become critical problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Train and mentor junior IT support staff
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of the IT support team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
Certification in Microsoft or Cisco is a plus
