Job Title: Principal Information Security Engineer

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Information Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's information security infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of information security principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our information security infrastructure.
• Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor security incidents and respond promptly to security breaches.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and industry trends to ensure our systems are protected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions that align with business objectives.
• Train and mentor junior members of the security team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
