About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's overall security architecture. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to ensure the protection of our company's sensitive information and systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of security architects and collaborate with other teams to implement security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture for our company, including network security, cloud security, application security, and data security.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into our technology infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of security architects, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address any security issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the company.
• Lead incident response and provide guidance in the event of a security breach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a security architecture role, preferably in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SANS GIAC are preferred.
