Salary: $115 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team. As the Lead UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire user experience design process, from conceptualization to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create innovative and user-friendly designs for our digital products. This is a leadership role, and you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior designers while collaborating with senior leadership to drive the design vision for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire user experience design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and business goals and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design direction and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and drive the design vision for our company.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your designs on the user experience.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of designers.
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and using insights to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design solutions to various stakeholders.
• A passion for user-centered design and creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
