Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of solutions architects and developers to design, develop and implement solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain the overall technology roadmap and architecture strategy for the organization.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and align technology solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and deployment of solutions.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Minimum of years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
Proficient in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C++.
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
