Salary: $270000 - $310000

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading product strategy, development, and management for our company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer needs and trends to identify new product opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform product decisions
• Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters and communicate updates and progress to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with the customer success team to gather feedback and continuously improve products based on customer needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Passion for innovation and keeping up with industry trends and best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
