Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Program Manager to join our team. As a Junior Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing various programs and projects within our company. You will work closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior program managers to develop program plans, timelines, and budgets
• Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects and programs simultaneously
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and team members
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
• Identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting for all projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification is a plus
