Salary: $270000 - $310000

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by leading and managing multiple programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from conception to implementation, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs, excellent leadership skills, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple programs and initiatives, ensuring that all projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Facilitate communication and coordination between team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Monitor and track program progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure that all program deliverables meet the expected quality standards
• Conduct program evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Mentor and coach junior program managers, and provide guidance and support to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance program management processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a high-tech or software development environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results within budget and schedule constraints
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
