Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our agile development teams to deliver high-quality products within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Guide and coach the development team on Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
• Work closely with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Track and monitor project progress, identify and address any potential roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed on project status.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices within the team.
• Act as a servant-leader, removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting transparency, trust, and open communication.
• Act as a mediator and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in implementing Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile metrics.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
