Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network and server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) would be an asset.
