Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Data Visualization Specialist to join our team. As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and dashboards. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide meaningful insights through data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Design and develop visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, including charts, graphs, maps, and dashboards.
• Create data-driven stories that effectively communicate key insights and trends to non-technical audiences.
• Utilize various data visualization tools and software to create dynamic and interactive data visualizations.
• Stay updated with the latest data visualization trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visualizations.
• Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency in the visualizations.
• Provide recommendations on how to improve data visualization processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the data team to develop data standards and best practices for data visualization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and software such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience in creating interactive and dynamic dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
