Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automated processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our software development and deployment processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to automate these processes
Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation processes and pipelines
Write scripts and code to automate tasks and processes using tools such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of automation processes and tools
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs through automation
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps automation and make recommendations for improvements to our processes and tools
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automation processes
Provide training and support to team members on using automation tools and processes
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their tools and technologies into our automation processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or automation role
Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell
Experience with automation and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, or Chef
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
