Lobox is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge blockchain technology and ensuring its scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement blockchain solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop technical strategies.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts, APIs, and other blockchain components.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues on the blockchain network and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in blockchain technology.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to promote growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with our blockchain platform.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all blockchain components and processes.
• Continuously improve and optimize the performance of the blockchain network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Solidity.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
• Strong understanding of cryptography and network security.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
