Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of blockchain solutions for our company, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying blockchain-based applications and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools, and make recommendations to improve our processes and systems.
Develop and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.
Design and implement secure and highly scalable blockchain architectures.
Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-based applications and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and share your knowledge with the team.
Mentor and train junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain development.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, protocols, and architectures.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and C++.
Experience with smart contract development and deployment on major blockchain platforms.
Experience with DApp development using frameworks such as Truffle, Embark, or Web3.js.
In-depth knowledge of encryption, security, and distributed systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
