Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AR/VR Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AR/VR Developer, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge augmented and virtual reality experiences for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring creative ideas to life and push the boundaries of what is possible in the AR/VR space.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement AR/VR applications for various platforms including mobile, web, and standalone devices

Lead and mentor a team of AR/VR developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to create immersive and interactive AR/VR experiences

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the AR/VR industry and incorporate them into our projects

Conduct research and development to explore new concepts and techniques for AR/VR development

Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines for AR/VR development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and provide technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Act as a subject matter expert for AR/VR development and provide technical support to other team members

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR/VR development

Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers

Strong knowledge of AR/VR development platforms and tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, etc.

Proficient in C#, C++, and other programming languages

In-depth understanding of 3D math and algorithms

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A passion for AR/VR technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
