Job Description: As a Senior AI Specialist at Lobox, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of AI experts to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that will provide our clients with a competitive edge in their respective industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for our clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and make recommendations to our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI models and algorithms that meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and industry trends, and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve our AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the AI team.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI for both internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and events.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support client engagements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
