Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes to support various functions within the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies to streamline processes
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend automation solutions
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems and processes
Develop and maintain documentation for all automated systems and processes
Train and mentor junior automation engineers on best practices and technologies
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation to continuously improve our processes and systems
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality of automation solutions
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate new technologies and tools into our automation processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering or a similar role
Strong experience in designing and implementing automated systems and processes
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Ranorex
Thorough understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in mentoring and leading a team is a plus
