Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for capturing, organizing, and managing knowledge within our organization.
Design and develop knowledge-based systems using various technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct knowledge audits and create a knowledge management framework to identify and fill knowledge gaps within our organization.
Utilize data mining and analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of knowledge-based systems and continuously improve them to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in knowledge engineering and incorporate them into our systems and processes.
Train and mentor junior knowledge engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge engineering, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of knowledge representation techniques, such as ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic networks.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with knowledge engineering tools and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with knowledge-based systems, such as expert systems, chatbots, or decision support systems.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex knowledge engineering projects within tight deadlines.
