About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company's data infrastructure and analytics systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement data solutions that will enable our company to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage data pipelines and data warehouses to support our company's analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Create and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their analytical needs and provide them with the necessary data infrastructure and tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics and apply them to improve our data infrastructure and processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data engineers and analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehousing and ETL.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data warehouses and data lakes using modern cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling and data governance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
