Job Overview: As a Senior Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality and user-friendly applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior developers, providing technical expertise, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages and tools.
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical assistance and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing applications for better performance and user experience.
• Identify and address technical debt and architecture issues in existing applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.) and experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
