Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and providing technical support to our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and networks, and will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's technical infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
• Conduct regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
• Train and support employees on the use of technology and software
• Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and procedures
• Provide timely and accurate reports on IT systems and network performance
• Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an IT Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of data security and disaster recovery best practices
