Salary: $107 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead IT Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of all IT systems.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all company data and systems.
• Manage the company's IT budget and make recommendations for investments in new technology and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving any issues or disruptions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and provide technical support to employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with a variety of systems, including but not limited to: networking, security, cloud computing, and database management.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
