Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Warehouse Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Data Warehouse Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehouse systems. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to ensure that our data warehouse meets the needs of our organization and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data warehouse solutions to support business operations and decision-making processes.
• Lead a team of data warehouse developers and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.
• Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance to ensure efficient and reliable data access.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all data warehouse processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and data management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data warehouse solutions with other systems and applications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data security and access controls.
• Troubleshoot data warehouse issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with data warehouse tools and technologies such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, or Talend.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
