About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Analyst to join our team. As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our company's data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection and proper usage of our data. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of data management principles and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data governance processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports.
• Monitor data usage and access to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Conduct data governance training for employees to raise awareness and ensure adherence to data governance policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role.
