Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Data Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture. In this role, you will work closely with our team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to ensure that our data infrastructure meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a data architecture that supports the collection, storage, and analysis of large and complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their data needs.
• Design and implement data models that are scalable, flexible, and efficient.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data is collected and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Implement data security and data governance policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the data architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest data technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Lead and mentor junior data architects and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data management concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
• In-depth understanding of data security and data governance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team of data professionals.
