Key Responsibilities:

Lead the integration efforts for all systems and software within the organization
Design, develop and maintain integration solutions using various tools and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration strategies
Ensure the security and scalability of integration solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Conduct regular testing to ensure the smooth functioning of integrations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration engineers
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure successful integration of systems
Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions
Participate in project planning and provide estimates for integration tasks
Manage and prioritize multiple integration projects simultaneously
Continuously improve integration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Integration Engineer or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as API, REST, SOAP, etc.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools, databases, and programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with project management and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred
Relevant certifications in integration technologies are a plus
