Job Description: As a Junior ERP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced ERP professionals to understand and analyze client requirements, design and develop solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and develop customized ERP solutions to meet client needs
• Assist in the implementation and integration of ERP systems
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERP systems
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP technology
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Java, or C++
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
