Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and ensuring its smooth functioning. You will work closely with various departments to identify and address any issues related to the ERP system, as well as implement new features and upgrades to improve its functionality. The ideal candidate for this role will have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's ERP system and ensure its efficient functioning
• Collaborate with different departments to identify and resolve any system-related issues
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize the ERP system
• Develop and implement new features and upgrades to enhance the ERP system's performance
• Train employees on how to use the ERP system effectively
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any security risks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical problems
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions
• Lead ERP-related projects and manage the project team to ensure timely and successful completion
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with system-related inquiries
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve any system-related issues and manage vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with the ERP system
• Proven experience in implementing and upgrading ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Certifications in ERP systems is a plus.
