Salary: $114000 - $144000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and other functionalities
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce platform and provide timely resolutions
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features, and recommend best practices to enhance the platform's functionality
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure efficient utilization of the Salesforce platform
• Document all development work and maintain a knowledge base for future reference
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity and security
• Continuously improve and optimize existing processes and workflows to enhance the overall Salesforce experience for end-users
• Assist in the integration of third-party applications with Salesforce to meet business requirements
• Work closely with senior developers and architects to develop solutions that align with the company's overall technology strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components
• Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator and Platform App Builder, are a plus
