Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Principal Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and customization of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with our clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture, design, and documentation for Salesforce projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior Salesforce developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Manage integrations with third-party applications and systems.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to develop and execute test plans for Salesforce projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Experience in managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
