About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SAP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in the implementation and support of SAP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that will enable them to improve their operations and achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions for clients, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP projects within budget and scope
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize the use of SAP systems
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals
• Train and mentor junior consultants on SAP best practices and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation in client projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as a trusted advisor on SAP solutions and services
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points, with hands-on experience in at least two modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
• Proven track record in delivering successful SAP projects, including multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
