Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
Work with third-party libraries and APIs to integrate new features and functionalities into our applications
Conduct code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile development, incorporating new technologies and techniques into our development process
Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to upper management and other stakeholders
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our mobile applications
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of years of experience in mobile development, with a proven track record of delivering successful mobile applications
Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, Java, and other relevant programming languages
Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in mobile technology
