Salary: $123 Per hour

About the Role: As a Lead Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the process of migrating their infrastructure to the cloud. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives. You will lead a team of cloud consultants and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the cloud migration process, providing guidance, support, and updates on project progress.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' infrastructure and business requirements to determine the best cloud solution for their needs.
• Develop and present proposals and project plans to clients, outlining the scope, timeline, and budget for their cloud migration.
• Lead a team of cloud consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and operations to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology, and share knowledge with team members and clients.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of cloud migration projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert on various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-migration, troubleshoot any issues, and make recommendations for optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud consulting, with a track record of successfully leading cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies, with expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively manage client expectations.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards a common goal.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is a plus.
