Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Principal Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in our company's success by leading the development and implementation of advanced cybersecurity strategies and solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our cybersecurity infrastructure. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the security of our company's systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and solutions to protect our company's systems and data
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain our cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and measures into our systems and applications
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security strategies
• Design and conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices
• Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify and respond to security incidents
• Lead incident response efforts and conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of security breaches
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Mentor and coach junior cybersecurity engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and risk assessment
• In-depth knowledge of network and web application security
• Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred
