Salary: $209000 - $240000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Software Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing complex software systems that meet the needs of our organization. You will be responsible for creating the blueprint of our software infrastructure, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and secure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of software development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and develop software systems that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the organization
• Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all software projects
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural principles
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development and make recommendations for improvements to our software architecture
• Mentor and guide junior members of the development team to ensure they are following best practices and adhering to the established architectural guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Architect or a similar role
• Strong expertise in software development principles, patterns, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of architecture styles, including microservices, service-oriented, and event-driven architecture
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins is preferred
• Relevant certifications in software architecture or cloud computing are a plus
