Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of our software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet project goals
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles
Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their adoption to improve efficiency and performance
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and release notes
Lead the implementation of software development processes and methodologies, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our software offerings
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance on the resolution of critical production issues
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architecture or technical leadership role
Strong experience in designing and developing complex software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks
In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
