Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data models that accurately represent our company's data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models
Design and implement data structures and workflows to optimize data processing and analysis
Ensure data models are aligned with industry best practices and standards
Monitor and troubleshoot data model performance issues and make necessary optimizations
Conduct data model reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends related to data modeling
Mentor and train junior data modelers to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data modeling and database design
Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.)
Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus
