Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend systems and infrastructure to support our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for backend applications and services
Optimize and improve existing backend systems for better performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them in our backend development processes
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Work closely with frontend engineers to build integrated and seamless user experiences
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
years of experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby
Experience with backend frameworks like Spring, Django, or Ruby on Rails
Solid understanding of database systems, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
Proficient in using version control systems like Git
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for learning and staying updated on new technologies and tools in the backend development space
