Salary: $114000 - $144000

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products and processes. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any issues or bugs, as well as provide recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in software testing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software applications and systems to identify any defects or issues
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases
• Execute manual and automated testing procedures to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our products
• Record and document all test results and report any issues or bugs to the development team
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that any changes or updates to the software do not cause any unintended consequences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards
• Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of our testing procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
