Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Lead to join our growing team. As the Automation Lead, you will play a key role in driving the automation strategy and implementation across multiple projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of automation engineers, developing and executing automation test scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation strategy and implementation across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement automation test plans, scripts, and frameworks.
• Manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze and report on test results, identifying and troubleshooting any issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools related to automation testing, and implement new technologies as appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide input on testing efforts.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation test frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
