JOB TITLE: Machine Learning Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

We are seeking an experienced and driven Machine Learning Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Machine Learning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve existing models and systems
• Develop data pipelines and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of machine learning models
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and recommend new techniques and tools to the team
• Mentor and train junior team members in machine learning concepts and best practices
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor and maintain the health and accuracy of machine learning models in production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
• Experience in leading a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
