Job Description: As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our company's projects and operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to clients, while also driving innovation and maintaining technical excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies and plans, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for technology adoption and integration.
• Ensure the maintenance and optimization of our existing technical infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the company's technical needs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and performance of technical projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address any technical issues or obstacles that may impact the delivery of projects or the company's operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the technical team, promoting innovation and staying abreast of new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in software development, systems architecture, and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, able to align technical strategies with the company's goals and objectives.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, with a passion for staying at the forefront of technology.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
