Job Summary: As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and designing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional. You will work closely with our development team to understand user needs and behaviors, and use that knowledge to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will also play a key role in conducting user research, testing, and analysis to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand user needs and requirements
• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to gather insights and feedback on design concepts
• Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends to continuously improve our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion across all products
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and standards for the company
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members
• Provide support and guidance to junior designers to ensure high-quality design work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment
• Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Figma, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including web and mobile applications
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
