Salary: $115 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI/UX Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that meet the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for our digital products and services, from concept to delivery
• Develop and maintain user interface guidelines and design standards
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Continuously improve the user experience through A/B testing and user feedback
• Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality designs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into design processes
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
• Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and present design proposals for approval

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Proven experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proven experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
