Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the testing efforts for our company's products and services. As a Principal Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our products and services
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, identify potential issues, and provide feedback on design and functionality
• Design and implement automated testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Perform manual and automated testing on various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements and bug fixes
• Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes and strategies to ensure the highest level of quality for our products
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools, and incorporate them into our testing processes
• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of testing milestones and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with manual and automated testing on various platforms
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of test engineers
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
